“Client Transactions” – a new tool to analyze customer activity

We have recently expanded our range of analytical tools by introducing an innovative indicator – “Client Transactions“. The indicator provides an in-depth insight into customer activity and is already available in your Partner Area.

The Client Transactions indicator is a visual representation of trading operations performed by the attracted clients over a given period that were included in calculations of the partner’s affiliate remuneration.

The indicator consists of two diagrams.

1. The first diagram shows the percentage share of each instrument relative to the overall volume and the trading turnover in lots.

For example, if 2 lots of EUR/USD were traded, provided that clients traded a total of 100 lots in all other financial instruments, the diagram will show: EUR/USD: 2%, 2 lots.

2. The second diagram shows the instrument’s share in the partner’s remuneration and the amount of affiliate remunerationreward for this particular instrument in USD.

Suppose the partner has earned $500 from client transactions on WTI, while the total affiliate reward for these clients amounted to $5,000. In this case, the diagram will show: WTI: 10%, $500.

The Client Transactions indicator allows partners to analyze client transactions and see which financial instruments generate the largest share of their income and are most popular among their clients.

 

Based on the indicator’s data, a partner can determine:

 

• which instruments to promote among clients to receive bigger commissions;
• which content to offer clients to better meet their interests.

For example, if a partner sees that more than 50% of his revenue is generated through gold trades (XAU/USD), he/she can spend less time and effort on other financial instruments and focus either on providing clients with more gold signals or on attracting more clients interested in gold trading.
